Start-All Programs-Administrative Tools-Services (or enter service.exe directly when operating) Find telnet and double-click, select the local system account in the login tab, select "Manual" as the startup type in the general tab, and then click the startup below.

Server port opening method:

1. First, right-click the computer connection in the lower right corner to open the network connection settings.

2. Select the general right-click attribute of the network connection.

3. Open the local connection properties and view the advanced options.

4. Click Settings in Advanced.

5. Just add a port. Enter the port number to be added, as shown. Just click OK to restart.
