With the efforts of all colleagues, the installation of booster station, the assembly of 1# generator and the pre-assembly of 2# generator have been completed.

Second, the project management:

In personnel management, I always adhere to the people-oriented management concept. According to the needs of work and climate characteristics, after extensive consultation, I worked out the schedule: to solve and improve the living, accommodation, medical care and construction conditions to the maximum extent, to solve the worries of employees and let everyone devote themselves to their work; According to everyone's technical level and work characteristics, the construction team is reasonably matched, and everyone's expertise is fully exerted, so as to achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency.

In terms of quality and safety management, full-time safety officers are set up, and the construction team has three inspection systems, and the construction management concept of safety first and quality first is adhered to. When hoisting large-scale equipment, safety technical disclosure shall be made, and a reliable construction scheme shall be formulated: all construction personnel must wear labor protection articles correctly when entering the construction site, and must wear safety belts when working at heights; Danger sources such as construction power supply should be marked with eye-catching signs. Install in strict accordance with the drawings and design documents, and make technical disclosure before operation to ensure the construction quality.

In terms of construction coordination, we should live in harmony with the construction units, improve the relationship with the owners and supervision units, solve the problems existing in the project department, and build a United, harmonious and mutual-aid construction team. And coordinate with the owner to organize the equipment and materials to enter the site in time according to the construction progress, and complete the relevant procedures for all kinds of delayed materials.

In terms of financial management, strictly control the construction cost at each stage, carefully prepare the daily cash report and general ledger according to the company's regulations, and make financial reimbursement on schedule. In view of the inconvenient traffic in Kesikou Power Station, the frequency and quantity should be reduced as much as possible, and the auxiliary materials, equipment and tools should be managed by special personnel to prevent all kinds of waste, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs.

Third, study.

Through nearly 1 year's work, I deeply realize that as a project manager, there are still many things to learn, especially in the overall construction planning of the project. Only by mastering rich theoretical knowledge and accumulating rich installation experience can we be more handy in practical work. I know I have many shortcomings and need to improve. I will study hard in the future work, constantly sum up, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses.
