National level
Prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony are the goals of the primary stage of socialism in China, which embodies the provisions of socialist core values on development goals and is based on the requirements of the national level.
Social dimension
Freedom, equality, justice and the rule of law reflect the provisions of socialist core values in value orientation, are based on the requirements of the social level, and reflect the basic attributes of socialist society, and have always been the core value concepts pursued by our party and country.
Citizen level
Patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness embody the provisions of socialist core values in moral norms, are based on the requirements of individual citizens, and embody the essential attributes of socialist value pursuit and civic moral behavior.
