The Declaration of Human Rights (1Declaration of Human Rights and Citizenship promulgated on August 26th, 789) is a programmatic document promulgated during the French Revolution. Jelinek, a German scholar, thinks that the Bill of Rights is a bill of rights based on the constitutions of American states, or even "basically copying the bill of rights of North American states". Emile Boutemy, a French scholar, thinks that the French version of the Bill of Rights is original in France, and the Bill of Rights in North America and Europe originated from "the spirit of18th century". At this point, there is still no * * in academic circles. To be sure, the declaration did adopt the enlightenment theory and natural rights theory of18th century. Among them, freedom, property, security and resistance to oppression are inalienable human rights, freedom of speech, belief, works and publication is affirmed, and the principles of separation of powers, equality before the law and inviolability of private property are expounded.

The Declaration of Independence refers to the American Declaration of Independence, which is a proclamation announcing the independence of thirteen British colonies in North America from the Kingdom of Great Britain, and proclaiming the legality of this move. 1776 On July 4th, this declaration was adopted at the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia, which became the American Independence Day. The original declaration was signed by the delegates attending the Continental Congress and permanently displayed in the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, DC. This declaration is one of the most important founding documents of the United States.

The Declaration of Human Rights and the Declaration of Independence are both bourgeois declarations and programmatic documents of the anti-feudal struggle. They are both progressive and limited.
