Xuepu Village is located in the northwest of Xuepu Township, Pu 'an County, about 6 kilometers away from the township government. Shang Bo Village in the north, Gaoqing Village in the east and xinglong village in the south. The village activity room is located in Xuepu Formation, which governs 13 village groups, namely Yangjiashuijing, Xiaoyan, Shang Ping, Xianrendong, Xuepu, Gejiehe 1 Group, Gejiehe Group 2, Gejiehe Group 3, Gejiehe Group 4 and Maanshan. Xuepu Village has a mild climate, abundant rainfall, no severe cold in winter and no heat in summer. Average altitude 1540m, annual average temperature 14℃, and annual precipitation between 1400_- 1500_. The terrain is mainly mountainous. Rice, corn, wheat, rape and flue-cured tobacco are mainly planted in the village, and vines are cash crops to help farmers increase their income. The forest coverage rate is 13.69%. Mineral resources are mainly Bai Yushi, distributed in Xuepu Formation and Changba Formation. There are two sand fields in the village, namely Xicheng sand field (Longtankou Formation) and Shiguangou sand field (Shiguangou), which mainly produce silt.

The public service facilities are perfect. The village activity room is located in Yangjiashuijing Group and the clinic is located in Shang Ping Group. Longtankou has a complete primary school and a teaching point (separated by a river). At present, the highway has reached the village, Wuga Chongchang Road runs through the village, and Tongzu Road basically forms a network. There are two hydropower stations in the village, namely Gejiehe Hydropower Station and Xiaobailong Hydropower Station (Gejiehe Group 4), and one hydropower station, namely Wugachong Hydropower Station, is planned. The average inflow of Wugachong Power Station is 438.04 million cubic meters, and the design reference flow is 13.89 cubic meters _ second. The geological conditions of the dam site are good. After completion, it can be connected to Qingshan 35kv substation through 8km transmission line.

Village features: There is a Guizhou dragon fossil site in the village, which is located in the Gejiehe Formation and belongs to a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit.
