1) special police generally refers to the special forces in the police force. They perform the most dangerous police tasks, such as blasting, rescuing hostages, and fighting gangsters with powerful firepower weapons.

2) When the armed police perform their tasks, the weapons used are similar to those of the army, and they will also be equipped with armored vehicles and some automatic rifles. Tear gas and shotguns used by special police can't really cause lethality.

3) The Armed Police Force is not the People's Liberation Army, but its members are active servicemen. Members of the special police force are equivalent to civil servants. In daily tasks, swat may perform better. But once the war breaks out, the armed police can act as the People's Liberation Army and go to the battlefield.

Special police are not militarized management forces, but armed police. Armed police include firefighters, border guards and so on. The special police received semi-military training, while the armed police actually had the same training as the regular army.
