Pingquan City, located in the northeast of Hebei Province, is the junction of Liaoning, Inner Mongolia and Hebei provinces. As of 20 16, Pingquan City has jurisdiction over 6 townships 12, of which the total resident population is 446,939, with a total area of 3,297 square kilometers.
