To stabilize the economic market, the "three rural" chassis should be solid. Adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas. Since last year, Zhejiang has anchored three main runways, namely, agricultural "double strength", rural construction and farmers' prosperity, and comprehensively promoted rural revitalization at a high level, making efficient ecological agriculture more supportive, rural temperament better, farmers' "money bags" and village collective family foundation more solid.
The connection between farmers and industry has a new fulcrum.
The "upper" tube is used for centralized seedling raising and the "lower" tube is used for drying and processing. Shangyu Datong Modern Agricultural Service Center is under construction. Last year, Zhejiang took the lead in establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for grain subsidies and implementing full-cost insurance for rice in the province. The grain area and total output reached a new high in recent seven years, especially the area increment and output increment of early rice ranked first in the country. Behind the steady rise, Zhejiang took the lead in formulating and implementing the responsibility list of the five-level secretary of rural revitalization, and also saved the "rice bowl field" of the people through the implementation of the five-level farmland system and the digital application of "agricultural intellectual protection".
Driven by machinery and technology, Zhejiang's agricultural "double strength" has also been strengthened in the past year: the province has implemented 78 key research and development projects with "double tips" and "double collars" in the agricultural field, established the first provincial laboratory in the agricultural field-Hu Xiang Laboratory, and made efforts from the industrial source to set up a provincial seed industry group to carry out activities around aquatic products, livestock and poultry, crops and Chinese herbal medicines.
Exploring agricultural technological change and efficiency change, Zhejiang has successively announced two batches of ***20 future farms, covering planting, animal husbandry and fishery, demonstrating and leading the renewal of agricultural production mode and concept. Zhejiang has also formulated an action plan for peak carbon dioxide emissions in the agricultural sector, launched a pilot project of carbon accounts in key industries such as rice and pigs, and the first batch of 250 low-carbon ecological farms tapped the capacity of agricultural carbon fixation and foreign exchange enhancement.

Last year, Zhejiang successively carried out two batches of 378 future rural construction, and planned 4,478 projects of various types with a total investment of 22.7 billion yuan.

Relying on the village collective economy and proud of the mussel industry, Lycium barbarum Township in Shengsi County built five workshops to get rich last year, and signed agreements with more than 30 mussel farmers to get rich. The standardized cultured mussels are purchased and sold by * * rich workshops, and the annual "partnership" income is more than RMB120,000.
In order to speed up the narrowing of the regional gap between urban and rural areas and the income gap, last year, the Agricultural Office of the Provincial Party Committee studied and formulated the Work Plan for Promoting "Expanding China and Raising Agriculture" in Zhejiang Province, which classified six groups of people, including new agricultural business entities and rural new business employees. The province deepened the construction of a new type of assistance team and mobilized Zhejiang businessmen, finance and other forces to carry out assistance actions in 26 counties in mountainous areas.
