4. Strengthen the safety foundation, take the implementation of the "skylight repair" system and the "red line" management system as the fundamental system to ensure safety, and take the establishment of a new management mechanism, giving full play to the advantages of the new system, and establishing strong card control measures in key links as the first priority.
5. Accelerate the standardization of transportation safety management under the new system. Combined with the adjustment of transportation productivity layout, comprehensively standardize the safety management under the new system from the aspects of rules and regulations, implementation mechanism, inspection and supervision, and achieve the target requirements within a time limit. Combined with this accident, standardize the traffic organization under abnormal conditions and solve the outstanding problems of irregular and insufficient traffic organization under abnormal conditions as soon as possible. They are not good at learning from other people's lessons and really absorbing the lessons of their brother units. They blindly think that as long as they manage their own affairs and control their own safety, there will be no problems and lack the consciousness of thinking ahead, so they can't find and stop some foreseeable accidents in time, and it is difficult to reverse their thinking and turn their heads.
4. In the construction of cadres' work style, selfish departmentalism, humanism and bureaucracy have not been fundamentally eliminated. Safety depends on management, management depends on cadres, and cadres rely on style. As the saying goes, the professional quality of a good leader, "cadres look at leaders and workers look at cadres", directly affects the stability of cadres and workers. I still have some shortcomings in style construction. The daily work of a trade union is to care about the lives of employees, think about their needs and know their thoughts. Considering the heavy and tense work reality of grass-roots traffic, it is easy to have sympathy in management mentality. They turn a blind eye to violations of discipline, criticize and educate more, and do less actual assessment. They can't be ruthless and pull their faces down to deal with violations of discipline and discipline, resulting in tight strings. Workers deal with things and go their separate ways afterwards. I usually pay close attention to the construction of workers' lifeline during inspections and off-site visits, but pay little attention to the supervision of cadres' on-site work. There is bureaucracy. I think if the workshop cadres keep an eye on it, the problem will not happen. My work is passive and humanistic. I'm afraid of criticizing employees for delaying voting, dealing with thorny issues and hurting colleagues' feelings.
Second, there is a gap in giving full play to the advantages of trade unions, integrating into the center, working hard and ensuring the long-term stability of the station.
1, the effectiveness of publicity and education is not obvious, which unifies employees' thoughts, improves employees' awareness of obeying rules and disciplines, effectively curbs illegal behaviors, and prevents potential safety hazards and accidents. Trade unions are functional departments that safeguard the interests of workers. In recent years, although some useful attempts and innovations have been made in the form and content of safety education, the phenomenon of big slogans, loud thunder and little rain still exists. When it comes to safety issues, trade unions tend to avoid the important issues, which seriously restricts their role as a department to protect workers' rights and interests. There is still a certain gap between the actual effect and the requirements of safe development, which can not well adapt to the requirements of safe development under the new situation. There is a phenomenon that documents are implemented by documents and meetings are implemented by meetings. The connotation is not deep and the interpretation of documents is not strong.

Grasping the key points of work and failing to put forward effective opinions and methods on some problems have led some employees to blindly pursue their own interests, ignore the overall situation of safety production, conceal late reports, despise safety, learn daily rules as a mere formality, become a monk every day, do not seek progress, treat work with anxiety, haggle over every ounce, and violate regulations repeatedly, which has become the "short board" of safety management in the whole station.
3. There are few ideas on how to improve the professional quality of employees, such as passive work and lack of innovative consciousness. The technical and professional quality of employees is the cornerstone to ensure safe production. How to use the stage of learning skills and practicing skills to promote cadres' posts?
There is no breakthrough in the professional quality level of workers. In the past, other departments played leading roles and trade unions supported supporting roles. The passive working methods and methods are still in use, lacking initiative and innovation. The phenomenon that trade union activities can't keep up with the rhythm occurs from time to time, and the organization form of activities is also very simple. There is insufficient research on how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the broad masses of workers, and it is impossible to create a cultural atmosphere of "learning as an example" among the broad masses of cadres and workers, and the work is not detailed enough.

This customer mainly produces LED lamps, which are mainly exported to Britain, Germany and other western European regions. The early cooperation was pleasant and the development potential was huge. Three. Shortcomings and improvements in work
Compared with other colleagues, my achievements in China Institute of Technology are insignificant. By reflecting on the gains and losses during this period, I feel that I still have great shortcomings in my work.

4. The customer did not follow up the inquiry in time. Usually, customers will make an inquiry a week or earlier. Because these records were not sorted out, customers did not understand the delivery situation, did not contact customers in time, and missed many opportunities.
5, the work can not grasp the key points. Sometimes, in order to complete the telephone volume stipulated by the company, a lot of originally planned work is put down, and as a result, the scheduled work is not completed and the telephone effect is not good. At this point, I feel that I am working passively.
In view of the above shortcomings, I am determined to improve from the following aspects:
First, strengthen communication and contact with customers. The telephone volume should be maintained, but it is also necessary to take some time to contact the intended customers, keep abreast of their latest developments and shorten the distance with them. For customers who have made an inquiry, we can pay a telephone call back to strengthen communication and exchanges with customers.
Secondly, try to develop new customers in various ways, not only by telephone, but also by network promotion or building sweeping.
Third, stick to what you can do today and make plans for tomorrow before you get off work. In the last job, the company asked us to write a work summary every day, one of which involved "yesterday's plan completion" and "tomorrow's plan", so that the summary was targeted, and it was clear at a glance what was completed and what remained to be improved. Even if there are many things the next day, we won't miss the clue.
Fourth, according to different types of customers, make a reasonable price list and guide customers to check the price themselves. This is convenient for customers and saves us a lot of time.
Finally, enhance your initiative in your work, prioritize things and try not to be disturbed by other external factors. At the same time, we should communicate with colleagues more, learn their advantages and make up for our own shortcomings.
