Diary of Teachers' Participation in National Training
1June 16-3 1, and I was fortunate to participate in the "National Training Plan-Training Key Teachers of Primary School Science". This activity was jointly organized by Jiangsu Hanbo Education and Training Center, Southeast University Learning Science Research Center and "Learning by Doing" Science Education Reform Experimental Project Teaching Center. After 16 days of study, 100 elites of primary school science education from all provinces in China gathered together to listen to the lectures of professors and special-grade teachers from a strategically advantageous position and deeply interpret the new science curriculum standards. Teachers carry out passionate collision of ideas and opinions through participatory learning and training; We can enhance friendship through exchanges and visits. Through training, we have a clearer understanding of the "big concepts" and "small concepts" in primary school science, and the "inquiry and discussion" teaching method is more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the ability to evaluate a class, design a teaching activity and design and make a model has been improved.

Unforgettable 16 days of training, there are still many things to be digested and absorbed, it takes time, and it needs to be settled down to learn. The following are some of my own diaries during my study, which I would like to share with you.

Thoughts on Two Days in Nanjing

In mid-September, I was informed that I would go to Nanjing to participate in the training of "National Training" primary school science backbone teachers. I count the days every day, hoping that this day will come soon. I am very excited to think that the elite science teachers in primary schools all over the country have gathered in Southeast University, a century-old prestigious school, and everyone is studying and living together.

/kloc-depart from my hometown Gucheng county railway station in the morning, 12 hours later, arrive at Nanjing railway station around 7 pm. It's convenient to go to Wen Yuan Hotel by bus. And I am honored to share a dormitory with a teacher in Yibin, Sichuan. Wash away all the dust and wait for the next day's reunion.

The next day, under the leadership of the meeting group teacher, we went to Southeast University, which we had long admired. It used to be opposite our residence, and it took less than 5 minutes to arrive. Entering the campus, you are greeted by the towering French phoenix tree. On the wide and clean campus road, the students of Southeast University are walking. A fountain pool is particularly eye-catching, spewing a column of water several meters high. A group of us were walking on the road to the university, and the teaching building came into view. These buildings include Chen Youxin. Although Chen's house is old, it is not shabby. It still plays the role of teaching and learning, more like showing people her long history and cultural heritage. Walking, we came to the place where we studied.

It is a blessing that 100 science teachers and teaching and research trainers from all provinces in China get together. Under the auspices of the person in charge of the training course, Zheng Jiamao, vice president of Southeast University, gave us a welcome speech and introduced the situation of Southeast University, a century-old prestigious school, which made us respect this school more.

After the short opening ceremony, the training began immediately. In the past two days, I have listened to two lectures given by Professor Ye Shanzhuan from the "Learning Science Research Center" of Southeast University: First, the importance and basic objectives of science curriculum in primary schools; Second, explain the scientific concepts in the field of materials science. From Professor Ye's lecture, I learned that the new science curriculum standard is being revised, and the nature and training objectives of the curriculum will change. I admire Ye Lao's research achievements in the field of materials. As a university professor, explaining the concept of matter to our primary school science teacher can make us understand it easily. He asked our primary school teachers to have a deep understanding of scientific concepts, not limited to the superficial level mastered by primary school students, but to accumulate a lot of money. In the course of his lectures, I admire him very much as a witty old man with white hair, who can personally make animations reflecting scientific principles. He stood for two hours at a time, and we sat and listened, which also made people feel distressed.

We also listened to Director Huang's lecture on "Theory and Practice of Inquiry Science Education". He introduced us to the development history of inquiry teaching in ancient and modern China and abroad. In particular, the current science curriculum reform, which overemphasizes the inquiry process and downplays knowledge transfer, is going to the other extreme. In the revision of the new curriculum standard, concept teaching has been placed in a very important position. To some extent, knowledge and process are equally important, which I deeply agree with.

Teacher Ye, the head of the national training program, gave us a lecture on "Inquiry learning is the main learning method of primary school science curriculum", which also benefited people a lot. She mainly gave us an analysis of why inquiry teaching should be adopted. How does the teacher teach? How do students study? There are both theoretical explanations and teaching methods. She has a quick mind and a convincing understanding of science education in primary schools.

These teachers' lectures are wonderful and effective. They are all reading the new curriculum standards that will be approved soon, and integrating their contents into their speeches in a planned way. It embodies the higher theoretical level and professional quality of professors and directors.

In the past two days, after school in the afternoon, we visited the famous female physicist Wu Jianxiong Memorial Hall on campus, which made us feel the scientific spirit and academic charm of this university. We also set up class groups and study groups to name, introduce ourselves and recommend the monitor; We eat by credit card with college students here, just like a student of Southeast University. This excites me, a person who has never really gone to college.

Tonight, I went to the nearby street to feel the city. The stout plane trees on both sides of the road prove that this is an ancient city with a long history. Spacious streets, busy buses, cars and colorful eyes prove that this is a new urban area full of modern flavor. Hurrying pedestrians prove that the fast-paced lifestyle here is also a table.
