At the age of 20, I studied guqin with my teacher Wang Duanpu. 1936 In the spring, more than 20 famous musicians, including Li, Cha Fuxi, Peng Zhiqing and Zhang Ziqian, initiated the establishment of the "Golden Society" with the good wish of carrying forward the fine tradition of Chinese classical music.
