Personally, I think this is not only a competition, but also a test, study and exercise for myself. Below, I will report some ideas of my own competitive nursing practice teaching teachers to the leaders and teachers. My report is divided into three parts.
I. Personal work experience

Second, the understanding of the post
The intern teacher can be said to be both a nurse and a teacher. First of all, as a nurse, I should obey the arrangement of the leader, abide by various rules and regulations, and strictly implement the ward round system. As a teacher, we should be more strict with ourselves, guide nursing students from their own thoughts and styles, and become the guide of medical ethics for nursing students. Teachers who teach by example can obviously cultivate nursing students' legal awareness, communication ability and innovation ability. At the same time, it can be enriched in the teaching process.
One's own knowledge should be diligent in looking up information and give students correct guidance. Through practical teaching, nursing students can integrate theory with practice, adapt to their roles as soon as possible, successfully embark on the clinical front line and become high-quality nursing talents.
Third, the work plan after the success of the competition
If I am lucky enough to be a nursing practice teacher in this competition, my main goals and working ideas can be summarized as follows:
Teaching should be carried out in strict accordance with the practical teaching plan of the department, and the practical plan of the undergraduate course should be formulated according to the requirements of the syllabus, including teaching objectives, teaching forms, contents that students need to master, teaching inspection contents, examination contents, etc. Ordinary care has a one-month rotation course. During these four weeks, the following contents will be completed. In the first week, strengthen students' familiarity with the environment of our department and understand the performance characteristics, basic business and different responsibilities of each position. Because of the new environment, nursing students are prone to anxiety. When the nursing students report to the department, they are warmly received and actively talk with them. They introduce the environment and work situation of the department in detail, introduce the internship content and specific requirements, care about everyone's study at school, let them get familiar with the teachers in the department quickly, and eliminate strangeness. In the second week, the nursing students were explained in detail the nursing of common diseases and the common operations in clinical nursing. Every class had questions and teaching operations, so they were competent. Give nursing students more opportunities to use their hands and brains, inspire interns to think and explore boldly, let interns know why and why, stimulate their learning enthusiasm and cultivate their work enthusiasm. Teaching is both a responsibility and an obligation. The direct object of practice is the patient, who should be responsible for the patient and the nursing students. Therefore, we should "let go without looking, and start work without teaching". In the third week, the teacher should not only teach nursing students nursing knowledge and operation skills, but also teach them how to acquire knowledge and cultivate their hands-on thinking and problem-solving ability.
The ability of practical problems. Moreover, it is necessary to dynamically understand the psychological state of nursing students, find out the negative effects in time, and give correct and positive psychological counseling. Lead them to systematically study the professional ethics and basic quality requirements of nursing staff, cultivate them to love nursing work, establish a positive professional attitude and outlook on life, change their roles in time, improve their sense of responsibility, and have the spirit of prudence and independence. Clarify the responsibilities of nurses and the core system of nursing, standardize nursing behavior, and enhance the sense of ownership and responsibility. The fourth week, do a good job in internship technical assessment. Before the nursing department, we should cooperate with the head nurse to do a good job in the examination of internship technology and understand the nursing ability of nursing students. The assessment includes two aspects: on the one hand, the performance in practice, including organizational discipline, service attitude, technical operation level, theoretical knowledge level, unity and cooperation, etc. On the other hand, it is subject examination, including theoretical knowledge examination and technical operation examination, to test the internship effect of nursing students during this period. Finally, we should collect the opinions and suggestions of nursing students on our department and teachers during the internship, correct them in time and feed them back to the head nurse.
