Relevant outsourcing units shall conduct joint evaluation according to the Company's Measures for the Administration of Anti-Violation of Work Safety, and if they reach a certain limit, they shall be included in the "negative list" of provincial companies according to the Company's Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Business Outsourcing Safety.
The safety supervision department of the unit responsible for violation of regulations shall promptly inform all departments of the unit and the discipline inspection and supervision institutions of the information of the main responsible persons for serious violations, and "veto by one vote" in terms of evaluation first and evaluation first. For serious violations for many times, the superior violation investigation unit shall interview the relevant units and personnel according to the Company's Safety Warning Interview Work Specification (Trial). After the implementation of severe violation punishment measures, the responsible unit shall report the handling opinions to the violation investigation unit within 7 days, and report the rectification report in the form of documents of the safety committee at the corresponding level within 15 days, and the superior violation investigation unit shall notify it within its own scope. The documents and vouchers related to punishment shall be kept by the safety supervision department of the responsible unit for future reference.
