Pig farm disinfection is an important measure to eliminate the source of infection and ensure the health of pigs, which can be divided into preventive disinfection and epidemic disinfection. Preventive disinfection, that is, regular disinfection, routine disinfection of piggery, farm environment, utensils and drinking water to prevent the occurrence of epidemic diseases; Key disinfection refers to the comprehensive and thorough disinfection of contaminated environment, piggery, feed, drinking water, utensils, sites and other items in order to control the spread of infectious diseases in pig farms. The main measures and methods of preventive disinfection are as follows: (1) a disinfection pool is set at the entrance of the pig farm, and 2% caustic soda solution is used as the disinfectant, mainly for vehicle tires; A spray disinfection device is set, and the disinfection objects are the car body and chassis. (2) Before the workers enter the production area, they must be disinfected by spray or ultraviolet lamp in the disinfection room 15 minutes, or change their work clothes. Conditional pig farms had better take a shower and change clothes. The disinfection of visitors is the same as that of staff. Visitors should follow the designated route, but visitors should be minimized.
(3) Pig farms that adopt all-in and all-out feeding methods should thoroughly disinfect empty pig houses before introducing pigs; Remove debris, urine and straw mats; Rinse the ceiling, walls, floors and railings thoroughly with high-pressure water until they are clean; After washing and air drying, close the doors and windows, fumigate with formalin (30ml/m) for disinfection 12~24 hours, then disinfect the ground 1 time with 2% caustic soda or 3% lysol, and rinse the residual drugs with clear water after 24 hours; Sterilize pigs with 0. 1% bromogeramine, 2%~3% lysol or 0.5% peracetic acid. The floor and equipment in the delivery room are washed with water, dried, fumigated with formalin (30ml/m) for 2 hours, then disinfected with 0. 1% bromogeramine and 3% lysol, washed with clean water, and then scrubbed with 10% lime water. (4) The sows were washed before entering the delivery room and disinfected with 0. 1% bromogeramine before entering the delivery room; Disinfect the breasts and pudendum with 0. 1% potassium permanganate before delivery, wipe the breasts, pudendum and hindquarters with disinfectant after delivery, and clean the afterbirth and delivery room in time.
