Fushun Shale Refinery is the only oil shale refinery in China at present, and it is also a national demonstration base for comprehensive utilization of oil shale determined by the State Planning Commission, with a shale oil production capacity of 90,000 tons/year.
After economic and technical comparison at home and abroad, it is decided to adopt Canada's ATP oil shale retorting technology, and the equipment is provided by Krupp Company of Germany. The technology and equipment are suitable for Fushun oil shale, with high utilization rate of raw ore, high oil production rate and good economic benefit, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. Therefore, the production capacity of the expansion project is planned to be expanded to an annual output of 500,000 tons of shale oil.
The second phase of the project is a new shale oil project with an annual output of 400,000 tons: on the basis of expansion, four similar oil refining units are added, with a total investment of 6.5438+0.92286 million yuan, with an annual oil shale processing capacity of 6 million tons and an annual output of 400,000 tons. The annual sales income is 600 million yuan, and the annual profit is 65.438+0.6299 million yuan, which can accommodate 500 people.
