Wanying Temple, the former site of the Red Army slogan, is located next to the cultural compound of Neiyang Village, Pingshan Township, Datian County.
On August 22nd, Zhu De led the 2nd and 3rd columns of the Red Fourth Front Army into Pingshan. The Red Army is stationed in and around Wanying Temple. On the wall of the temple, the Red Army wrote six slogans such as "Equality between men and women", "Fair sale", "Down with local tyrants and evil gentry" and "Land belongs to everyone". The Red Army attacked Fujian, leaving a revolutionary flame in Fujian.
Wanying Temple was built by its descendants, inland villagers, in memory of Su Shiwan, a hero who fought against the Yuan Dynasty. Built in the Qing Dynasty (1736), it faces south and covers an area of 300 square meters. Rebuilt in 2005, the whole building is well preserved.
On 199 1 1, Datian County People's Government announced Wanying Temple as a cultural relic protection unit in Datian County.

Neiyang Village: Neiyang Village is located in the north of Pingshan Township, Datian County, bordering Yangmei Village in the east, Mashan Village in Shipai Town in the west, Pingshan Village in the south and Yuping Village in the north. Neiyang Village is close to the township government and 22 kilometers away from Chengguan. * * There are 4 natural villages, 16 villagers' groups, 480 households and 2 132 people. Land area 136 15 mu, including cultivated land 1075 mu and paddy field 800 mu, mainly planting tea, rice and bamboo, and forest area 10645 mu. (4,936 mu included in Daxianfeng Municipal Nature Reserve) The forest coverage rate is 72.5%.
