It's Ya 'an, Sichuan. According to official website of Ya 'an Municipal People's Government, Ya 'an City is adjacent to Chengdu, Meishan and Leshan in the east, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in the south, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the west and Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the north, which is located in the middle of Sichuan Province and the western edge of Sichuan Basin. Ya 'an covers an area of 15046 square kilometers, with mountains accounting for 94% of the total area and flat dams accounting for 6%. There are mountain rivers such as Jin Jia Mountain, Erlang Mountain, Daxiangling Mountain, Qingyi River, Dadu River and Zhougong River, which belong to subtropical monsoon mountain climate, with obvious vertical temperature change, low annual total solar radiation and much precipitation.
