On March 2nd, 199 1, the 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh NPC passed the Law of the People's Republic of China on the National Emblem, which further regulated the use of the national emblem in the form of law. This Law was promulgated on March 2, 20 10 19965438 and People's Republic of China (PRC)'s Presidential Decree No.465438.
The National Emblem Law of the People's Republic of China has made detailed provisions on the use of the national emblem. Among them, the institutions that should hang the national emblem include:

3. the Central Military Commission (CMC);
4. People's courts at all levels and special people's courts;
