Looking back on the course of 20 10, we have many feelings. With the patient help and meticulous care of the leaders of the factory department and workshop, we have grown from the weakest unit in the first workshop of steel rolling to the backbone of the first workshop. At the beginning of the year, our department overcame many unfavorable factors such as many new people and weak technical force. In the most difficult time, each old worker takes 2-3 new workers. With a highly responsible attitude to the enterprise, the employees of the whole section carried forward the spirit of not being afraid of hardship, fatigue, overcoming difficulties and selfless dedication, successfully completed the production task of 750 tons of strip steel assigned by the factory department and workshop, and created a shift output of 1000. At work, we unite as one, help each other, study and discuss together when encountering difficulties, and then apply good suggestions to work, solving one difficult problem after another in production.

In order to ensure the product quality, the adjusters and operators work closely together and adopt the scientific micro-pile rolling method, sampling and testing once every half hour to ensure the product quality. There has been no quality objection in the past year, which has made our due contribution to improving the company's product reputation.

In order to ensure safety, we always put safety in the first place in all our work, adhere to the people-oriented principle, pay close attention to the requirements of superiors, pay attention to safety at every meeting, and all employees in the whole section can be familiar with and remember the safety operation procedures of their respective posts and apply them to practical work. In the past year, there has not been a work-related accident in the whole section.

At the request of the factory leaders, all employees participated in various voluntary labor organized by the company many times throughout the year. Every employee sacrificed his personal time without complaint, took the initiative and successfully completed the task.

20 15 an extraordinary year has passed. If we have made some achievements in our work, it should be attributed to the concern of leaders and the help of colleagues. Today's achievements can only explain the past, and everything starts from scratch in the new year.

The road has an end, and the work is endless. The company painted a grand blueprint of 20 15 for us, and blew the horn of progress. Every one of us should shoulder the responsibility and mission entrusted to us by history, work hard and strive for the rapid and good development of Tianzhu.
