In order to strengthen the pharmaceutical affairs management of medical institutions, promote rational drug use and protect public health, the Ministry of Health, state administration of traditional chinese medicine and the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department jointly issued the Regulations on Pharmaceutical Affairs Management of Medical Institutions according to the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on the Management of Medical Institutions and the Regulations on the Management of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs.
