In 20 19, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, together with Tian Fei Vocational and Technical Training School, a provincial "Worker Pioneer Park", and Dongying Zhongzhi Big Data Co., Ltd., started to build an "industrial innovation online" innovation and entrepreneurship service platform relying on the national engineering laboratory of e-commerce transaction technology to boost mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and help rural revitalization. After the trial operation, the "Gong Chuang Online" innovation and entrepreneurship service platform has been linked with Qilu Trade Union and 16 training base for migrant workers, with wider coverage, more reasonable module setting and more powerful functions, which has opened up the "last mile" for trade unions to serve employees' entrepreneurship and will strongly promote the in-depth development of online services.
