In 2002, the International Labour Organization (ILO) introduced the "Expand Your Enterprise Training Program" from Sri Lanka. SIYB's Historical SIYB System EYB Enterprise Development Degree IYBSYB Starting Point GYB Enterprise Development Time, namely entrepreneurship training, is a series of training courses specially developed by the International Labour Organization to help small enterprises develop and promote employment.
It is the most widely used entrepreneurship training course with the most perfect system and outstanding effect in the world today. So far, it has been translated into more than 40 languages and used in 84 countries. In order to further enhance the construction capacity of China's entrepreneurship training institutions, make the work achieve sustainable development, and help more workers successfully embark on the road of entrepreneurship;
Through tripartite consultation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China, the International Labour Office and the British Agency for International Development, the SIYB training project was officially implemented in China in July 2004.
The system has four modules, including "generate your business idea -GYB", "start your business -SYB", "improve your business -IYB" and "expand your business -EYB".
