2. Click the account management in the middle layer to see if you can get in. If you can't get in, there is something wrong with the component service.

Look at KDSERVER in the component service of the middle-tier server. Is it started normally?

3. The account management point has been opened. Click several sets of books to see if there are any problems, or reassign the database server.

Has the sa password been changed recently?

The database entity of the database queries and analyzes whether there is any problem. -If there is no problem, troubleshoot the database problem.
