1. Time-sharing billing: Time-sharing billing is to charge different electricity charges according to different electricity consumption time. State Grid divides a natural month into four periods: peak period, peak period, low period and peaceful period. At the same time, different charging periods such as winter and summer are set according to different seasons, and different electricity price standards are adopted for settlement. Specific electricity price standards can be found in official website, the State Grid, and also in the power companies where residents are registered.
2. Step-by-step billing: Step-by-step billing is based on the fact that when the monthly electricity consumption exceeds a certain amount, the electricity price will be increased to encourage electricity conservation. State Grid divides residential electricity consumption into first, second and third grades, and sets different electricity price standards respectively. If the electricity consumption is within the first range, it shall be calculated according to the first electricity price; If the electricity consumption exceeds the first grade but is less than the second grade, the first part is calculated according to the first grade electricity price, and the second part is calculated according to the second grade electricity price; If it exceeds the second gear but is less than the third gear, the first part is calculated according to the first gear price, the middle part is calculated according to the second gear price, and the latter part is calculated according to the third gear price. Specific ladder price standards can also be found in the State Grid official website or the power company where the household registration is located.
It should be noted that there may be some differences in residential electricity charges in different regions and different power companies. It is recommended to consult the local power company before using electricity. In areas and cities that implement preferential policies for residential electricity prices, residential electricity prices may be lower. In addition to time-sharing and step-by-step charging, the charging standard for residential electricity consumption of State Grid also includes other charging policies and measures, as follows:
1. Incentive and subsidy policies: State Grid has issued some corresponding incentive and subsidy policies to encourage residents to save electricity. For example, in 20 16, 20 17, and 20 18, the State Grid respectively formulated the Summary Report on the Pilot Project of Real-time Pricing of Smart Electricity for Residents, and the Summary Report on the Pilot Project of Real-time Pricing of Smart Electricity for Residents, which rewarded and subsidized the pilot residents.
2. Prepaid electricity policy: Prepaid electricity means that residents need to pay before using electricity, and then gradually use electricity by recharging. The policy of prepaid electricity charges can prevent residents from owing fees to a certain extent, and can also better protect residents' electricity demand.
3. Multiple payment methods: With the development of Internet and mobile payment technology, State Grid has gradually introduced multiple payment methods. Residents can use mobile APP, online banking, third-party payment and other means to pay electricity bills, which improves the convenience and efficiency of payment.
To sum up, on the one hand, State Grid advocates residents to save electricity and control electricity from the source, on the other hand, it also gives full play to the advantages of digital, mobile and intelligent information technology to promote the convenience, efficiency and diversification of residents' electricity payment.
