1. The default port of Hikvision video recorder is generally 8000, the http port under the WEB is 80, and the rtsp port is 554. You can try to modify the connection port number of MaiTV camera accordingly to see if it can be connected.

2. Confirm whether MaiTV camera supports onvif protocol. Hikvision's video recorder and Hikvision's camera have a default agreement. Cameras from other manufacturers must support onvif and other protocols to connect. You can try them one by one in the camera protocol options.

3. Connect the MaiTV camera directly to the computer, access the ip address of the camera through the browser, then enter the account password (included in the camera manual), and then modify the IP. If the camera cannot be modified, you can also try to change the default port of Hikvision video recorder to 3000 to see if you can connect.
