In the movie "Xi Incident", Zhang Xueliang announced to his subordinates that he would carry out military remonstrance against Chiang Kai-shek. The place of remonstration is Huaqing Pool in Lintong.

Bin Jiange is located in Huaqing Palace, Lintong District, Xi, Shaanxi Province. During the Xi Incident, two generals, Yang Hucheng and Zhang Xueliang, captured Chiang Kai-shek here, stopped the civil war and joined forces to resist Japan. The museum was built in March 1946, initiated by Hu Zongnan, and donated by all the noncommissioned officers of the seventh branch of Huangpu Military Academy.
