(3) Prepare the equipment technical transformation plan. With the expansion of system scale and the improvement of equipment renewal speed, it is very necessary to speed up the equipment transformation in a planned way, otherwise it is easy to have an embarrassing situation that a batch of equipment has a defect at the same time, which will have a great impact on the system operation and normal maintenance order, and will easily lead to power grid or personal accidents.
