Strictly administering the party in an all-round way is a new great project to promote party building. To achieve the goals of "comprehensiveness" and "strictness", we must unify self-discipline with heteronomy, unite ideological party building with institutional party management, unify the improvement of political rules and systems with the improvement of party member cadres' ideological and political consciousness, and build a dam for party member cadres' honesty and self-discipline.

It takes a long time to make a contribution, but it takes a long time to do a good deed. The Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted "Several Guidelines on Political Life within the Party under the New Situation", which further improved the political rules and provided an institutionalized basis and institutional support for tightening the cage of the system and further optimizing and improving the political ecology.

At the same time, according to the social development and changes in the situation, the "Regulations on Inner-Party Supervision of China Producers" was revised, which became an effective constraint and guarantee for party member's behavior and power operation.
