(6) H, P and F methods are used to remove H2S and HCN from the gas from the cold drum section, so as to reduce it from 6-8g/NM3 to below 0.5g/Nm3, and then the gas from which H2S and HCN have been removed is sent to the washing station;

(7) The removed H2S is oxidized to generate sulfur foam, which is sent to a sulfur melting kettle for melting, and the sulfur is discharged and cooled into product sulfur blocks to ensure the production safety and environmental protection of the workshop.

(8) Reverse pump operation, sudden power failure operation, sudden stop of compressed air operation, sudden stop of steam operation, and adjustment of overflow flow of regeneration tower operation.
