1. Open the V2ray client, allow LAN connection in the parameter settings, and remember the local listening port, which is generally 10808.

2. Open cmd, enter ipconfig, check IP, and remember your own IP.

3. The mobile phone with WiFi and the computer are in the same LAN (i.e. under the same WiFi). The proxy is manual. Enter the IP we checked above in the host name, and the port number is 10809.

4. You can activate the login account on your mobile phone.
