By the end of 1984, more than 99% of rural people's communes had completed the separation of government and society, and 9 1000 township (town) governments and 926,000 villagers' committees had been established.
After the separation of government and society, the forms and scales of rural economic organizations can be varied, and a certain model will not be imposed from top to bottom, which not only adjusts the relations of production, but also improves and strengthens the work of rural political power.
Political and social integration system
The political and social integration system of people's commune is actually a form of grass-roots political power that highly unifies the state administrative power and social power on the basis of social integration.
1In August, 958, the enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee adopted the Decision of the Central Committee of China on Establishing People's Communes in Rural Areas, which promoted the movement of people's communes, merged towns and merged into large cooperatives, and the people's communes integrated with politics and society exercised the functions and powers of township government, and the agricultural production cooperatives were renamed as production brigades.
The people's commune has a production brigade, with a brigade management committee, including a captain, a vice captain, a secretary (some are accountants), a storekeeper, a cashier, a militia captain, a safety director and a director of the Women's Congress. Commune cadres are national cadres, and brigade cadres are generally full-time or full-time villagers.
The production team is under the jurisdiction of the brigade, and a team affairs committee is established to elect the captain, vice captain, female vice captain, accountant (and recorder) and storekeeper.
