Room preset function
When guests register at the front desk, the front desk can preset the lighting, air conditioning, clock and alarm clock of the room to make the guests feel warm and comfortable after entering the room. If the guest does not enter the guest room within a certain time after the front desk preset, the preset status of the guest room will be automatically closed after a predetermined time until the guest enters the guest room to plug in the card and get electricity.
Guest room state recognition
It can identify the status of "guest check-in", "cleaning", "cleaning", "checking", "maintenance" and so on, which is convenient for hotel management and avoids disturbing guests by cleaning and maintenance work.
Emergency help
When a guest uses it in an emergency, he can notify the hotel waiter through the "Emergency Help" panel, and the front desk computer display screen will immediately pop up the help information and give an alarm to remind him to handle it in time.
Doorbell and Do Not Disturb
You can ring the doorbell to make a phone call at ordinary times. Once it is set to the undisturbed state, the doorbell will automatically lose its function.
Waiting function
When it is inconvenient to receive guests immediately when they visit, they can send a waiting signal to the door machine, and the door machine will display "Waiting".
"cleaning" call
Press "Please clean immediately", not only the door will display the corresponding logo, but also the system will send a reminder to the cleaning staff through the LAN.
Intelligent energy saving
Related detection equipment automatically detects the activities of people in the room. When the room is empty, the lights and appliances can be automatically turned off and enter the energy-saving mode.
Situational mode function Lighting, curtains, electrical appliances and other equipment can be freely combined under the management of the system to form various situational modes, making hotel rooms more warm and unforgettable.
Intelligent control of air conditioning
In order to provide a comfortable check-in environment, the air conditioner will be automatically turned on to a suitable temperature after the guest checks in, and will be automatically turned off if the guest does not enter the room for a long time after checking in. During the check-in, when the guest dials the card and leaves the room, the air conditioner will automatically heat up, and the air conditioner will automatically turn off before coming back at the time set by the timeout system.
Curtain control function
Function When the guest enters the room, the curtain automatically opens slowly to greet the guest with good lighting. After check-out, the curtains automatically close and enter the super energy-saving state, and the energy-saving standard reaches LEED standard.
Awakening function
What could be more perfect than waking up in your favorite music or TV program? The wake-up mode created by the smart home control system can effectively combine lighting, temperature and curtains to form an early wake-up scene.
Turn off the reminder function
If the guest forgets to close the door after putting the luggage in the door, the hotel room system will give an audible prompt after the door magnetic switch senses it.
Network remote service
When guests check in at the front desk, the front desk attendant can turn on the lights and air conditioners in a specific room through the remote control function.
In the room management center, the computer will display the status of no one in the room, lighting on, air conditioning running, emergency call, do not disturb, please clean up immediately, no one in the room has unlocked the door, someone has unlocked the door, safe box and so on on on the computer in time, and use voice to prompt the management personnel to dispatch, make a quick response to the guests' requirements, and alarm the abnormal state in the room in time.

As can be seen from the above, this management system integrates intelligent lighting control, intelligent household appliances control, air conditioning control, service control and management functions, and has the characteristics of intelligence, networking, standardization and energy saving.

Local control mode

Quadruple safety protection
▲ Power on does not start. When powered on, the intelligent ultraviolet disinfection controller is locked in the off state, and the lamp is not turned on by ultraviolet rays. This fundamentally avoids the accidental injury that may be caused by the wrong power supply for various reasons. .
▲ The switch can be remotely controlled. For the control of ultraviolet rays, the operator can remotely control ultraviolet rays at a distance of 30 meters or even more through the remote controller or kinetic energy switch, which has enough safe distance without worrying about being irradiated by ultraviolet rays.
▲ Human self-perception. In the process of ultraviolet disinfection, once it is detected that someone breaks into the ultraviolet irradiation range of the disinfection site, the intelligent human body induction controller will directly turn off the ultraviolet lamp.
▲ There are warnings for disinfection. In the process of ultraviolet disinfection, when someone approaches, the intelligent voice broadcaster directly broadcasts the disinfection warning, and the intelligent disinfection indicator throws the word "disinfection" on the ground to warn the personnel of accidental injury.
Advantages and characteristics of this scheme
Generally speaking, the intelligent ultraviolet disinfection system has the characteristics of simple composition, rapid construction, high degree of intelligence, safety, reliability and low cost, and is especially suitable for restaurants/canteens, which can fully liberate health manpower and reduce the consumption of disinfectant. At the same time, it has the characteristics of colorless, odorless and no chemical residue, which can avoid the pollution of meals and affect the reputation of restaurants/canteens.
Third, the application of the plan
When applying the scheme given in this paper, we should pay attention to:
1) This scheme is a pure IOT scheme, which can run independently without the cooperation of other devices;
2) The kinetic energy switch mentioned in the scheme can be flexibly deployed, and there is no need to connect the battery with the power supply;
3) When some rooms really need "ozone disinfection" or a combination of "ultraviolet disinfection and ozone disinfection", the following two points should be noted. Other equipment can achieve the corresponding disinfection function without changing:

▲ Add an intelligent controller to the ventilation equipment to realize linkage and ensure automatic ventilation after ozone disinfection.
4) The function of this scheme can also be realized by the customer's own ultraviolet disinfection lamp and the intelligent control equipment provided by this scheme.
5) If the restaurant/canteen is large in scale and has many rooms, some intelligent sensors, data transmitters, Internet of Things nodes, fusion gateways or edge servers can be added to integrate multiple rooms to realize unified management and control, and the following functions can be added:

▲ Effect evaluation: the disinfection operation will be automatically recorded, and the disinfection effect will be evaluated according to the time, duration and disinfection effect, and the disinfection time can be flexibly adjusted to ensure the use effect;
▲ Rich means: Managers can use mobile phones, tablets or computers to conduct centralized control through code scanning, browsers, applets and apps.
