(3) Picking up and salvaging goods and other articles lost in freight yards, roads and ports without authorization;
(four) illegal transactions such as smuggling and reselling foreign exchange;

(six) gambling, alcoholism, fighting, prostitution, whoring and other indecent acts;
(seven) theft, looting, intentional damage to goods and port facilities;
(eight) illegal business operations disrupt public order;
(nine) other acts in violation of port security management. Chapter III Public Security Management of Passenger Stations Article 11 Personnel staying at passenger stations shall abide by the regulations of passenger stations and accept the management of passenger staff. Twelfth vehicles entering the passenger station square must be parked in the parking lot and obey the port traffic management. Article 14 Passengers by boat must purchase tickets, check in and board the ship in order. No one may encroach on the ticket window, rob the ticket or forcibly issue the serial number of the self-made ticket, and shall not hinder the passenger transport staff and the police from performing their official duties. Fifteenth passengers carrying, consigning or storing luggage and parcels must strictly abide by the relevant regulations and accept the inspection of staff. Article 16 Passengers are prohibited from bringing the following articles into Hong Kong or boarding a ship:
(a) inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive and other dangerous goods;
(2) controlled knives such as daggers, triangular knives and spring knives;
(3) Obscene articles;
(4) Other prohibited items. Chapter IV Awards and Penalties Article 17 Units and individuals that conscientiously implement these administrative regulations, actively fight against illegal and criminal acts, and make outstanding contributions to the maintenance of port security shall be commended and rewarded by Dalian Public Security Bureau or Dalian Port Public Security Bureau. Twenty-first if a party refuses to accept the administrative punishment, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state on administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation. If it fails to apply for reconsideration, bring a lawsuit or perform the punishment decision within the time limit, the organ that made the punishment decision shall apply to the people's court for compulsory execution. Twenty-second port security management personnel must strictly abide by the law and discipline and enforce the law impartially. Violation of discipline, bending the law, serious dereliction of duty, given administrative sanctions by the unit; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated by judicial organs according to law.
