Overcome the habit of laziness:
1. Learn to smile. When you stop talking to your relatives with cold and angry faces, you will find that they actually like you and value you.
2. Do something that is not too difficult or that you love to do, or you can do something that you have been thinking about for a long time.
Be optimistic and don't get angry easily.
