Time flies, and it's another year in a blink of an eye. Under the collective leadership of the Central Military Commission, my comrades-in-arms and I United as one, carried out concrete work in a down-to-earth manner according to our own work responsibilities and tasks, so that all the work we were in charge of was promoted in an orderly manner and all the tasks assigned by our superiors were successfully completed. I am not outstanding myself, but I did what I had to do and did my duty as a soldier. The following is a summary of work, life and study in the past year:

I. Work aspects

Strengthen the sense of responsibility and give play to the exemplary role of the monitor. As the monitor of the cooking class, I repeat the same work every day, such as buying food, preparing food, cooking, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning and so on. Anything, done for a long time, will always get tired. However, as a monitor, we have the obligation and responsibility to overcome this bad habit and drive the whole class to serve the whole region well together. Food is the most important thing for people. Our cookhouse squad has never relaxed whether it is cold or hot. We strictly control the hygiene and quality of food to ensure that comrades have enough to eat.

Second, life.

As a soldier, party member has always maintained the fine traditional style of soldiers. Keep the dormitory clean, tidy up, be thrifty and don't waste money. Unite with comrades-in-arms, consider other people's feelings from the perspective of others when encountering contradictions, constantly reflect on their own shortcomings, and strive to be tolerant and generous. Pay attention to strengthening physical exercise and win the championship successfully with your comrades in the basketball league.

Third, study.

Strengthen your study, read some books you like after work, and strengthen your cultural accomplishment. Learn from the documents issued by the district committee, persist in learning and maintain the advanced nature of party member.

Although the work has been done well in the past year, there are still some problems, mainly in the following aspects:

First, the work standard is not high enough, I am used to existing experience and familiar with routine work. When the work task is heavy, there are also times when I am lazy, especially when I was injured playing basketball. Although I insist on going to work, I do little work, which increases the workload of other comrades and reduces the efficiency of the cookhouse squad.

Second, my life is still flawed. I have a strong personality and sometimes I don't have enough patience to treat people.

Third, the enthusiasm for learning is not high enough. Although I usually read books, the amount of reading is still very small and the coverage is very narrow; The enthusiasm for learning the theoretical knowledge of the army and the party is not strong.

It is getting closer and closer to the day when I leave the army, but I will stand in the last post, carry forward my own advantages, learn from the strengths of the old squad leader and team leader with an open mind, make up for the shortcomings, train the next generation of successors of the cookhouse squad, and strive to make my military career without regrets!
