There is a Web server embedded in ArcGIS10.1for server, which is TOMCAT and located in the framwork/runtime directory. The ArcGIS 10. 1 default port number of the server is 6080. Tomcat and familiar people know that the default port number of Tomcat is 8080, but this port number can be changed through Tomcat's configuration file. As long as it conflicts with other ports on the machine, it can be changed at will.

To change this way, you need to do the following: change 6080 in Tomcat's Server.xml file to the port number you need, as shown below:
