The original intention of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is to help the wounded on the battlefield without discrimination. At both international and domestic levels, efforts should be made to prevent and alleviate people's suffering, no matter where it occurs. The purpose of this campaign is to protect people's lives and health; Safeguard human dignity; Promote mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation between people; Promote lasting peace.
This movement does not discriminate because of nationality, race, religious belief, class prejudice and political opinions, but only tries to alleviate people's suffering as needed, giving priority to those who have the most urgent difficulties. Do not take a stand between the two sides of the conflict, and do not participate in political, racial, religious or ideological debates at any time.
