Rebellion is a problem for parents, not children. -Zeng Qifeng
Parents are not good to their children, and children are increasingly inseparable from their parents. -Zeng Qifeng
Winnicott thinks psychotherapy is a game. Therapists invite visitors to participate in psychotherapy games. In this game, the therapist needs two conditions: the ability to invite visitors into the game and the ability to play with visitors for a long time.
Dislike of "playing": I have an overly tight and strict superego in my heart and subconsciously want to be an interesting person too much.
Winnicott believes that all cultures begin with creative life, and all creative life begins with games. Without games, there is no culture, and without games, there is no individual with independent personality.
Five characteristics of Winnicott's therapeutic school;
1, the therapist should have enough patience. Most importantly, patience. Impatience: others stimulate themselves, and the subconscious turns non-sexual stimulation into sexual stimulation. But it is not allowed to satisfy sexual needs, so push others away through impatience to avoid being aroused. More patience requires an independent personality and will not be easily influenced by others.
2, there are very professional settings. A stable relationship is itself part of effective treatment. For example, have a stable time and a stable place with your supervisor.
3. The security retrogressive environment. Mainly from the therapist's field, so that visitors do not feel the hidden attack. Let visitors gradually feel safe, return to childhood under the guidance of therapists, and re-embark on the right path to treat trauma.
4. Allow visitors to express emotional trauma. Holding environment. Acute and huge trauma needs to learn trauma therapy, and small and long-term trauma may not be needed. Moreover, visitors of the former can not be treated by psychoanalysis, but only by the fire tongue of the psychological society or the rules of acute trauma formulated by the American psychological society.
5. Allow patients to express aggression. Rebuild the narcissism and omnipotence of visitors in infancy.
