Desktop Network Neighborhood-Right-click Properties-Select TCP/IP protocol in the list and click Properties-Then click Advanced under the dialog box that appears-Select Options at the top of the dialog box that appears -TCP/IP filter point properties-Here you can set the closed port 135.
