The latest notice of the Ministry of Education requires that the provincial unified proposition of the senior high school entrance examination be fully realized in 2024, which will take the first step for the reform of the senior high school entrance examination.
This reform is also a good signal for most middle school students, which can effectively solve the problems of unreasonable difficulty, too many propositions and too high proportion of back questions in some areas and realize fair competition in the whole province.
According to another source, from 2024 in Beijing, the "3+ 1+2" model will be fully implemented in the senior high school entrance examination in Beijing.
In terms of examination content, the scores of Chinese, mathematics and English are cancelled, and physics, chemistry and biology are selected as examination subjects, but they are not included in the total score.
In terms of comprehensive quality evaluation, students will be inspected and evaluated in an all-round way, and the academic level test scores of junior high school graduates are linked to the entrance of senior high school students.
According to the plan, by the end of 2024, Beijing will completely cancel the scores of senior high school entrance examination subjects, and junior high school students will choose three subjects from the original seven subjects as examination subjects. At present, Beijing is implementing a pilot program of high school registration.
Beijing's senior high school entrance examination system reform has obviously been at the forefront of the country!
However, such reform is far from enough! Our ultimate goal is to implement the basic compulsory education from primary school to senior high school, cultivate healthy talents for the country and realize real education equity!
The main reason is that our unreasonable senior high school entrance examination system has not been effectively adjusted and our educational resources are still unevenly distributed. 5% of wealthy families occupy 85% of quality education resources.
If these problems cannot be effectively solved, reducing the burden for primary and secondary school students can only become a resounding "empty slogan".
Only by giving every child a chance to enter high school and enjoy equal quality educational resources, when the child is mentally mature, is it wise to benefit the country and the people.
