However, after the forest reform, all the forest rights of highway passages have been privatized, which has brought certain obstacles to agricultural production, water conservancy construction, highway widening and other engineering construction. Afforestation owners charge exorbitant compensation for land acquisition, which hinders the project construction from time to time, resulting in the failure to carry out the farm capital construction as scheduled. Farm leaders decided to set up Dashahu Farm Forestry Company, which is affiliated to the water conservancy service center. Recover the expired forest rights of access roads, focus on corporate operation and intensive management, and the forest rights will be owned by the company, enhance the control ability of farms in project construction, implement the form of state-owned private stock cooperation, and gradually promote the development of Dasha forestry industry. Although some achievements have been made in afforestation and greening this year, there are still some problems:
First, the overall level of urban and rural greening needs to be improved.
Second, village greening needs to be studied.
Third, lack of project support.
Fourth, the stand structure is unreasonable, the afforestation species are relatively single, the proportion of young and middle-aged forests is large, there are many pure poplar forests and few mixed forests, and the forest ecological benefits are not fully exerted. We will work harder in the future to win the support of leaders at all levels and make new achievements in Dasha forestry.
