However, adhering to the spirit of artisans is more bitter and difficult than making quick money by shoddy work, and it is also the only correct way. You should be calm, bear loneliness, sit on the bench and work hard. Therefore, the craftsman spirit is not only a skill, but also a spiritual quality.
Second, why call for the spirit of artisans?
There is no doubt that China has become one of the most striking manufacturing powers in the world. There is an anecdote abroad: a mother asked her children, "Where does God live?" The child replied, "Since God created everything, he must live in China. Because everything is made in China. " On the one hand, the share of China-made products in the global market is very high, but on the other hand, some China-made products have a very general impression on global consumers, and even most people in China prefer foreign products themselves.

Thirty years ago, everyone wanted to be cheap and practical, as long as they could meet basic needs; But 30 years later, "things are neither beautiful nor cheap" can no longer meet people's needs. Price is not the most important consideration. People pay more attention to the added value of products: creativity, technical gold content, humanistic care and sense of participation.
Unfortunately, the manufacturing structure in China is unbalanced, and the high-end manufacturing industry characterized by craftsman spirit is seriously inadequate. Everyone has money in his pocket, but he can't buy the products he likes. The high-end consumer market has been monopolized by Europe, America, Japan and South Korea for a long time.
To make matters worse, with the increase of production costs, China's labor-intensive and resource-intensive manufacturing industry is losing its proud advantages in manpower and cost. At the same time, the United States and other developed countries put forward the strategic ideas of "re-industrialization", "local return" and "revitalizing manufacturing". With the intensification of competition, shrinking external demand, insufficient domestic demand and rising costs, the global market of China's manufacturing industry is also shrinking, and China's manufacturing industry is facing severe life-and-death challenges.
Third, how to cultivate the craftsman spirit.
Obviously, craftsmanship is a necessary condition for transformation. Craftsman spirit not only represents a new production concept, but also is the transformation direction of China manufacturing industry. Get out of the quagmire of low-end manufacturing, eliminate backward and repetitive production capacity and strengthen technological innovation, with the ultimate goal of "increasing varieties, improving quality and creating brands" and enhancing the overall level and image of China's manufacturing industry. However, the transformation can not be completed by shouting slogans. Everyone knows the truth. The key to the problem is how to put it into practice and how to cultivate the craftsman spirit.
Imagine that if you are a conscientious worker, you are skilled and pursue perfection, and every product will take a lot of effort to polish. It's a pity that your company and your leaders only judge the quality of products by "qualified or not" rather than "perfect or not". As mentioned above, craftsman spirit is not only a skill, but also a spiritual quality. In fact, it is more related to a country's industrial politeness. How does our country and society view industrial production? What standards do we abide by and what expectations do we have for industrial production? Behind the lack of craftsmanship in a country is actually the lack of industrial courtesy: brands, century-old shops, craftsmen, corporate culture and a set of related institutional mechanisms, as well as social psychology, * * * knowledge and atmosphere.
It should be noted that both Germany and Japan's manufacturing industries have gone through the stage of shoddy work before, but Germany has promoted the quality transformation of German manufacturing through the trinity quality management system of "law, standard and quality certification"; Japan implemented the strategy of "saving the country by quality" in 1960s, which prompted Japanese manufacturing industry to open up European, American and global markets.
