Each round of attack and defense is not interchangeable, only the questioner is allowed to ask questions, only the defender is allowed to answer, and rhetorical questions are not allowed!
4. In each debate, the attacker must ask three or more questions; The attacker's question shall not exceed 10 second, and the defense shall not answer for more than 20 seconds at a time; The total time for the attacker to ask questions in each round is 30 seconds, and the total time for the defender to answer questions in each round is 1 minute.
