1. Adhere to quality first. In strict accordance with the national "four good" chamber of commerce evaluation standards, on the basis of focusing on the standardization of chambers of commerce, we pay more attention to the effectiveness of chambers of commerce in promoting "two health".
2. Adhere to overall consideration. Fully consider the representativeness and differences of different regions, different levels and different types of chambers of commerce, and carry out "learning, prevention, promotion and giving" through "mutual learning and mutual promotion" to realize mutual learning and mutual learning.
3. Adhere to dynamic identification. Instead of "one assessment for life", according to the principle of "one accreditation every two years", chambers of commerce that have been recognized as the "four best" in the country should also be re-recognized on a voluntary basis.
4. Adhere to openness, fairness and justice. Take the form of voluntary declaration by the chamber of commerce and score according to actual performance. The Federation of Industry and Commerce at all levels should do a good job in the evaluation of the chamber of commerce at the corresponding level, the provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce should strictly check and report, and the expert review committee should comprehensively identify it to ensure that the identification procedures are open, the standards are fair and the results are fair.
