When it was finally installed in 15 building, what they were worried about came as scheduled, and they encountered the worst sea conditions. It is rare for the Pearl River Estuary to be below 10 degree, and the wave height is more than one meter, so the workers are pushed down on the top of the immersed tube by the wave. Nevertheless, the workers sent the immersed tube back to the house. Life came back, but the installation plan of E 15 ran aground.

Just after the new year, the team started again, carrying it with their bodies and taking time to endure it every day. Since 10, they haven't had a good rest with the team except physical fatigue and mental suffering. Their bodies warned that they lost 40 pounds at 10.
