It is common for counselors and class committees to have conflicts. Team health diagnosis and group consultation provide us with effective ways to solve this problem. In September 2007, I began to work as a counselor in seven classes of grade 2007. After careful observation and understanding during military training, I formed the first class committee through democratic election. At that time, I was full of expectation and confidence in this class Committee, and I also paid a lot of time and energy for them. But after a while, I always feel that some class cadres have problems in some aspects, but I can't find the crux of the problem at the moment. After a period of exploration, combined with my own major, the above problems were solved by diagnosing the health status of the class Committee team and carrying out targeted group counseling.

Firstly, the team health status of seven class committees was diagnosed in the form of scale to find out the specific problems of class committees. Generally speaking, the evaluation of a team can start from five aspects: members' leadership, team atmosphere, team work skills, cohesion and team members' contribution level. Similarly, the health status of a class committee can also be diagnosed from the above five aspects. Here, I introduce a simple method to diagnose team health-scale method. The scale I use consists of 25 sentences and a rating scale. These statements mainly include: 1. Everyone has the same right to speak and receives equal attention; 2. Make team meetings a top priority; 3. Our goals and requirements are clear and consistent; 4. Team members keep their promises; 5. Everyone has a strong and consistent belief in achieving the goal; 6. Everyone shows a willingness to share responsibility for the success of the team; 7. Team members are not allowed to let personal affairs interfere with the performance of the team; 8. Everyone lets everyone fully understand themselves; 9. Everyone is free to express their true views; 10. If everyone lists the important issues of the team, everyone's views will be very similar; 1 1. When making decisions, everyone can take care of the overall situation and prioritize; 12. Everyone tries to finish his task. Before doing the test, I will make it clear how to fill in the scale, and ask the class Committee to grade each sentence according to their actual feelings. The specific requirements are: use L ~ 4 to evaluate whether each statement conforms to your team, where 1 means "not suitable", 2 means "occasionally suitable", 3 means "basically suitable" and 4 means "completely suitable". Then the class committee members fill in the score of each question in the form, so that the score and total score of each column can be calculated.

Secondly, according to the test results, the problems existing in each class cadre are analyzed in detail. By comparing the scores of the team in different aspects, we can quickly understand the strengths and weaknesses of the team, average the total score of each team member, and get the overall evaluation of the team members. According to the test results, the total scores of the seven class committees are high or low, with the highest score of 86 and the lowest score of 64. Judging from the average score of each column, most members of the class committee scored low on * * * leadership and teamwork ability. This shows that there are significant differences in the team health status of each class Committee, and the common problem lies in the leadership and team work ability.

Finally, according to the specific problems existing in the class Committee, group counseling is carried out in a targeted manner. Group counseling mainly adopts the theory and method of group work to help members and teams solve problems. In consultation, "team health game" is an attractive and effective consultation method. "Team health game" is mainly through the process of "experience-sharing-communication-integration-application" to enhance the psychological adaptability of team members, enhance communication, exchange, understanding and cooperation among team members, and then improve the cohesion of the team.

In view of the lack of leadership and teamwork skills of most class committee members, I designed a set of special group counseling programs, which mainly include: 1. The "ice-breaking" part is mainly to break down the barriers among members and improve their interest in participation, such as playing games such as "from egg to person", "string names" and "guess who I am"; 2. The trust part is mainly to let members experience the process of building trust and establish a sense of courage and responsibility and mutual trust, such as playing games such as "trust back fall"; 3. Communication part, mainly to let members find communication channels in abnormal communication environment, so as to understand the importance of communication, such as playing games such as "the blind touch the elephant" and "the blindfold triangle"; 4. In the part of cooperation, mainly in cooperative training, let members know the great role of cooperation in the team, such as playing games such as "sitting on the ground and standing up", "crossing the power grid" and "blowing balloons together"; 5. In the challenge part, the key point is to cultivate the perseverance and positive quality of the members and fully tap the potential of the members, such as playing games such as "taking water from the minefield" and "carrying water relay". After each group counseling training program, I will guide members to summarize and share in time, which will help to enhance their perceptual knowledge and let them apply their feelings to practice.

It should be emphasized that to carry out "team health games" for class committees, it is necessary to understand their needs and the goals you want to achieve, so as to combine different game projects in a targeted manner. At present, most counselors have multiple classes, and they can also call members of class committees in different classes to play "team health games", which can not only solve the problems of a certain team, but also promote the communication among the members of the whole class Committee.

It is common for counselors and class committees to have conflicts. In this regard, team health diagnosis and group consultation provide us with effective ways to solve this problem. Through the group counseling of seven class committees, not only the cohesion of the class committees has been continuously enhanced, but also the personal vitality has been continuously stimulated, which has promoted the cooperation and exchange between classes and made the whole grade present a positive mental outlook.
