Comprehensive grid: the basic units of urban communities are residential quarters and buildings (about 300 households), and the basic units of rural communities are natural villages, villagers' groups or a certain number of families (about 200-300 households). In principle, each grid does not exceed the standard of 1500 people.
Exclusive grid: administrative centers, various parks, commercial buildings, commercial markets, schools, forest farms, hospitals, health institutions, enterprises and institutions in urban and rural communities are delineated by local grassroots organizations.
