Activity process of donating books with love
1, claim the donated school. Before donating books, please check the list of donated schools provided by the Overseas China Education Foundation to the Organizing Committee of the National Exhibition and Evaluation Activities for the Quality Education of Basic Subjects for Teenagers, and find out which schools are collecting books, what types of books are collected, and how many books are collected. The organizing committee of local competition areas can choose to donate schools independently.
2. Start collecting books. The local fund-raising organizing committee began to collect books. After reaching a certain number, we will sort out books, notify the donated schools, verify the delivery address and prepare for delivery. During this period, the local organizing committee should inquire about the receiving address, consignee's name and telephone number, etc. List of donor schools. 3. Send books. The organizing committee of the local competition area will contact the donated school and send a notice to confirm whether it has been received.
4. The school receives books and gives feedback. After the book is published, the organizing committee of the National Youth Basic Discipline Quality Education Exhibition and Evaluation Activity will contact the school for feedback. Feedback information includes: sealed bibliography, thank-you letter to donors, and overall photos of the library. The staff of OCEF will help the school to set up a library, and we also encourage the local organizing committee to contact their own donated schools to obtain first-hand information on the use of books.

1. When students sign up for the "National Youth Basic Subject Quality Education Exhibition and Evaluation Activity", they accept donations and mail them to the schools that claim to donate. The mailing method depends on the situation.
2. Set up charitable donation points, accept donations from all walks of life for a long time, and organize and mail them once every other month (depending on the number of donations).
Three. Important precautions
1. Books are mailed by the local organizing committee to the local post office, and the mailing voucher is faxed to the office of the National Organizing Committee to uniformly reimburse the mailing expenses.
2. In addition to donating children's books, you can also donate toys and other children's products, which are required to be in good condition, clean and hygienic.
3. Donated books should be neatly written and undamaged. Damaged books should be repaired. The inner packaging of mail should be wrapped in waterproof plastic bags, and the outer packaging should be firm and not damaged. Mailing articles to some poor areas, long journey, long time and bumpy transport vehicles are easy to cause packaging damage.
4. Young students and social caring people who participate in the activities can attach messages or leave their own contact information in the book to keep in touch with the donated students and give them spiritual encouragement to overcome poverty.
5. Donation activities are long-term, and the cessation of donation will be announced in the "National Youth Basic Discipline Quality Education Exhibition and Evaluation Activity" in official website.
6. The books that rural schools need are popular science, fairy tales, famous books, etc. Old magazines suitable for children can also be mysterious.
