1. Go back to the main interface of the computer and right-click Computer-Properties, as shown in the figure below.
2. Click Device Manager to enter, as shown in the figure below.
3. The device manager finds the conflicting serial port, as shown in the figure below.
4. Right-click the serial port and select Properties, as shown in the figure below.
5. Click the port tab in the property panel, as shown in the figure below.
6. Click Advanced Settings in the port setting interface, as shown in the figure below.
7. In the Advanced Settings interface, click the arrow behind the serial number I and select the unused serial port, as shown in the figure below.
8. After selecting the idle serial port, click OK, as shown in the figure below.
9. Click OK when prompted, as shown in the figure below.
10, the conflicting serial port was successfully modified, as shown in the figure below.
