4. Activity requirements
Each school arranges counselors and team members to participate in the observation activities according to the observation location, and completes the sign-in at 8: 30 on the day of the activity; Teachers and students participating in the activities should wear red scarves, and team cadres should wear the team-trunk logo. School parking spaces are limited, so please travel green.
(2) Young Pioneers activities in primary schools.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Organization of Chinese Young Pioneers (Trial)", we should do a good job in pre-enrollment education for primary school freshmen, and no collective enrollment ceremony will be held in the first semester of senior one. On Team Building Day, you can observe the activities of senior young pioneers. Each brigade should actively carry out the activity of creating a "dynamic squadron" (see Annex 3), and strive to create a cultural construction project of characteristic classes (squadrons) in xx District. The District Education Bureau will inspect the establishment of schools in the whole district on 20 18 1.
In the fifth grade, "change the big red scarf and review the pledge of joining the team" (the size of the small red scarf: long side 100cm, 60cm for each oblique side; Big red scarf size: long side 120cm, two oblique sides 75cm).

1. Review of Young Pioneers' knowledge: Review the knowledge of Young Pioneers through team meetings, Young Pioneers' activity classes, team building days, etc., and learn about the history, team flag, team emblem, team song, call sign, pledge of joining the team, etc.
2. Form a squadron team by class and hold a team-building ceremony: the counselors of each school brigade implement the construction of the first-year squadron, hold a team-building ceremony in strict accordance with the requirements of team-building, review the pledge of joining the team, award the team flag, and hire squadron counselors. The ceremony should be solemn, standardized and simple, highlighting the ideological, advanced, independent and practical nature of the Young Pioneers. 3. Improve the construction of teams and squadrons' committees: Establish teams and squadrons' committees in teams and squadrons through voluntary registration and democratic voting, improve teams and squadrons' committees, clarify the division of labor, and organize activities of teams and squadrons on a regular basis. 4. 5. Improve the position construction of young pioneers in junior high school: the school should provide teams (regiments) for young pioneers in junior high school with clear team signs. Team members participate in construction management and constantly improve the cultural construction of team departments and offices. The overall layout of team departments and offices requires solemnity, simplicity, childlike interest, educational content and a sense of the times. The call sign, flag, team emblem and team song of the Young Pioneers are hung in conspicuous places in front of the wall. Junior high school teams and departments should work in combination with the Youth League Committee, so it is necessary to set up league affairs.
6. Strengthen the etiquette education of young pioneers in junior high school: junior high school team cadres wear team cadre signs, and junior high school young pioneers wear red scarves or team badges. Large-scale assembly activities, flag-raising ceremony, team ceremony when welcoming teachers.
